Reporting abuse
The fastest way is in the app: press and hold any message to report it or block the person. We review reports and act within 24 hours. If you can't get to the app, or it's urgent, email support@sportsignal.live with what you saw and where.
If a child is at risk, contact your local police. In Australia, report to the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation. We report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the ACCCE and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
My sign-in code hasn't arrived
Codes usually land within a minute or two and are good for 10 minutes. Check your spam or junk folder first, that's where it goes most often. You can tap Resend on the code screen after a short wait. If email still isn't getting through, the code screen offers to text you instead. Still stuck? Email us and we'll sort it.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: You tab, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete my account, and type DELETE to confirm. This is immediate and can't be undone. It removes your profile, messages, photos, tips, predictions and ratings. If you own a crew, it passes to another member so your mates keep their room.
Encrypted backups age out after about 30 days. If you can't get to the app, email privacy@sportsignal.live and we'll delete it for you.
Turning notifications on or off
We only send notifications you've asked for, and we never prompt you on launch. Turn them on in the app under You → Notifications, where you can also choose which ones you get, like being tagged or replied to. You can switch them all off again there, or in your phone's own Settings under Sport Signal.
Is tipping real money?
No. Tipping and predictions are free, there's no wagering, no prize pool and no balance to top up. It's for bragging rights. Signal·AI is an analytical model read shown for interest, and is never betting advice.
Someone's using my name or photo
Report the profile in the app, or email support@sportsignal.live with a link or screenshot. Impersonation is against our Terms of Use and we act on it.
